These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and sky899 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the sky899 website, mobile interface, betting platform, casino games, and any associated services. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on sky899, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

sky899 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

Any Account found to be operated by an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently suspended, all Bonus Credits forfeited, and any Balance under review pending investigation.

2.2 Residency & Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is primarily designed to serve users who are residents of Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to access and use the full range of sky899 services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. sky899 does not provide legal advice and makes no representations as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.

2.3 Personal Capacity

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on sky899 or any affiliated platform;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of sky899, nor an immediate family member of any such individual;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the Platform's services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), residential address, and a valid email address. Each individual may register only one Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. sky899 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified us of unauthorized access.

3.3 KYC Verification

sky899 applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all Accounts prior to the first withdrawal and at any point deemed necessary by our compliance team. Documents typically required include:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian national ID card / KTP, or valid passport);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (front face of bank card, or screenshot of e-wallet account showing your registered name).

sky899 reserves the right to request additional documentation where our compliance team deems it necessary. Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Documents are processed and reviewed within 1–3 business days (WIB timezone).

3.4 Account Accuracy

You must promptly notify sky899 if any of your registered information changes — including your email address, phone number, or residential address. Accounts containing materially inaccurate information may be suspended until corrected documentation is provided.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sky899 supports a range of Indonesian local payment channels. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja;
• Other methods as announced on the Platform from time to time.

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sky899 does not charge a fee on standard local bank transfers, though your bank may apply its own transaction charges independently of the Platform.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance within 5–15 minutes of a confirmed bank transfer or e-wallet transaction. Processing times may be longer during public holidays, system maintenance windows, or periods of unusually high transaction volume. sky899 is not liable for delays attributable to your bank or payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in line with our anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. Verified Accounts can expect the following processing timelines:

• Local bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri): typically 5–15 minutes during WIB business hours;
• Other domestic banks (BRI, BNI, CIMB Niaga): typically 15–60 minutes;
• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay): typically 5–30 minutes;
• Weekends and public holidays: processing may extend to the next WIB business day.

Withdrawals submitted by unverified Accounts (i.e., KYC incomplete) will be held until verification is satisfactorily completed. sky899 reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawals above certain thresholds, which may extend processing time.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

sky899 will not process a withdrawal request where:

• The Account's KYC verification is incomplete or has been rejected;
• The Account is currently under a security or fraud review;
• Active Bonus Credits with outstanding wagering requirements are attached to the requested withdrawal amount;
• The withdrawal amount is below the minimum threshold displayed on the withdrawal page;
• The payment method specified has not been previously used to fund the Account (subject to exceptions at sky899's discretion).

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

sky899 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Credits are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier and any game contribution rates applicable to that promotion are stated on the relevant promotion page. Wagers placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to low-margin sports markets and certain table game strategies — may contribute at a reduced rate toward the wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated play, wagering patterns designed to hedge bonus exposure, or any other method determined by sky899 to constitute bonus abuse, will result in the immediate cancellation of all associated Bonus Credits, reversal of winnings derived from such Bonus Credits, and may result in permanent Account suspension. sky899's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

5.4 Promotional Eligibility

sky899 reserves the right to limit, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible Players only and may exclude Players from certain geographic regions or those who have previously violated these Terms. sky899 is not obligated to offer any specific promotion to any individual Player.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

sky899 reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any Wager at its sole discretion without providing a reason. A Wager is only considered accepted once a confirmation reference number has been issued by the Platform. Bets not confirmed by the system — for example, due to a network error or platform timeout — are not valid and carry no obligation on sky899's part.

6.2 Odds and Pricing

All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a Wager is confirmed. sky899 strives to maintain competitive odds across all markets — including EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, BRI Liga 1, Piala AFF, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures — but makes no guarantee that any particular odds will remain available at any specific time. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are settled in accordance with the individual rules of each constituent selection.

6.3 Void Bets and Disputes

sky899 reserves the right to void any Wager where: an obvious pricing error has occurred; the market has been suspended due to a sporting event irregularity; or credible evidence of match-fixing or result manipulation has been identified. Void bets are settled at the original stake returned to the Player's Account Balance. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event's conclusion.

6.4 Togel and Numbers Games

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on sky899 are governed by the draw results published by officially recognized draw operators. Sky899 accepts no liability for errors in result transmission from third-party draw providers. Results are published on the Platform as soon as practicably possible following each draw.

6.5 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered at sky899's discretion. During live events, odds may be suspended temporarily while play is in progress. sky899 reserves the right to void live bets where a network or system error has resulted in the display of materially incorrect live odds at the time a Wager was placed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account under any identity, email address, device, IP address, or payment method;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform to launder money, process criminally derived funds, or conduct any transaction of an illegal nature;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors to obtain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Using automated bots, scripts, data-scraping tools, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner without sky899's prior written consent;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the Platform's underlying source code or infrastructure;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behavior toward sky899 staff or other Players through any communication channel;
• Facilitating access to the Platform for any person known to be ineligible under Clause 2 of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

sky899 strives to maintain 99.9% Platform uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside sky899's reasonable control (force majeure). sky899 shall not be liable for any loss — financial or otherwise — arising from Platform downtime or service interruption.

8.2 Gambling Losses

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that losses are a foreseeable and accepted outcome of betting activity. sky899 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred on the Platform by any Player. You are solely responsible for all wagering decisions made through your Account.

8.3 Third-Party Services

sky899 integrates third-party services including game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft), payment processors, and data providers. sky899 is not liable for any failure, error, or delay attributable to these third-party providers. Any dispute arising directly from a third-party game or service should be raised with sky899's support team, who will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf.

8.4 Maximum Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sky899's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy & Data

sky899 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement;
• Your data is not sold to third-party marketing organizations;
• Data is stored on servers protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and access-controlled infrastructure;
• You have the right to request access to your personal data and to correct inaccuracies — contact our support team to exercise these rights.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting sky899 support. Prior to closing your Account, any outstanding real-money Balance will be withdrawn to your nominated payment method, subject to KYC verification and the absence of any pending compliance review. Bonus Credits remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

10.2 Termination by sky899

sky899 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by our compliance team;
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Discovery that the Account holder is an employee or close family member of a sky899 employee;
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder through our Responsible Gaming tools.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Credits) will be returned to you via your last-used payment method following the satisfactory resolution of any compliance review. sky899 retains the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any fraud or AML investigation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sky899 holds its international operating license. By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in this Clause prevents sky899 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened breach of these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized access, fraud, or data misuse.
